Conference on the Criminal Liability of Business Leaders

Organized in partnership with the Monaco Institute of Chartered Accountants, the MEB invites you to attend a conference on Tuesday, September 30, on the topic: “The criminal liability of business leaders, taking into account the changes introduced by the law on the modernization of companies and the AMSF texts.” 
This conference will be led by Ms. Bernardi, a lawyer at the law firm 99 Avocats Associés, and will take place at the Novotel Monte-Carlo.
