RETAIL / VAT REFUND PROCESS

Following introduction of the interactive PABLO barcode procedure, the Regional Customs Department is asking retail outlets to be particularly vigilant when completing the export sales form: if incomplete or incorrectly filled in, the forms will not be accepted by the customs services at Nice airport, creating confusion for travellers and tensions with agents based at Nice airport.
