Trade Mission to Zurich

The Monaco Economic Board will travel to Zurich from March 11 to 13 for a business mission with significant potential opportunities. A leading financial center, Switzerland's largest city also boasts a particularly innovative ecosystem. An optional exclusive evening at the Monte-Carlo Opera will enhance this trip, showcasing the elegance and prestige of the Principality.

Business Forum Italy - Monaco

Organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Trade Agency, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in the Principality of Monaco and their Monegasque counterparts, this Italy-Monaco Business Forum is open to MEB member companies.

The morning will begin with a plenary session followed by thematic roundtables (Luxury, Yachting, Tourism, Financial Services). A B2B session is also being considered for the afternoon (to be confirmed).

On Tuesday, 10 February, at the Novotel Monte-Carlo, in partnership with Gramaglia and Banque Populaire Méditerranée, the Monaco Economic Board welcomed Coface’s Chief Economist, Jean-Christophe Caffet, ahead of the renowned Coface Risk Conference in Paris. The event offered a comprehensive and engaging macroeconomic presentation. Despite ongoing geopolitical upheavals, economic trends remain relatively stable.

Real Estate Observatory 2025

In 2025, the real estate market totaled 493 transactions, an increase of 5.8% compared with 2024. The total value of sales and resales stood at €5.9 billion, stable compared to the previous year's record.
Driven by recent deliveries of luxury buildings, the price per square metre stands at €57,569 and even exceeds €70,000 in the Larvotto district.
