The MEB continues its momentum and offers a variety of high-quality events in the coming weeks:

In the Principality, an Italy-Monaco Business Forum will offer new business opportunities, then the MEB will present its 2025 review and future projects at its General Meeting, followed by the 26th Members' Meeting. Finally, a high-level delegation from Sweden is expected in mid-April.

Internationally, the first economic mission of the year is currently taking place in Zurich, a city with many attractions.

On Tuesday, 10 February, at the Novotel Monte-Carlo, in partnership with Gramaglia and Banque Populaire Méditerranée, the Monaco Economic Board welcomed Coface’s Chief Economist, Jean-Christophe Caffet, ahead of the renowned Coface Risk Conference in Paris. Real Estate Observatory 2025

In 2025, the real estate market totaled 493 transactions, an increase of 5.8% compared with 2024. The total value of sales and resales stood at €5.9 billion, stable compared to the previous year's record.
Driven by recent deliveries of luxury buildings, the price per square metre stands at €57,569 and even exceeds €70,000 in the Larvotto district.
