Support with managing your temporary exports
Delivered and recorded by the MEB’s International Procedures service, the ATA Carnet (Admission Temporaire-Temporary Admission) is a customs document allowing you to carry or send goods abroad temporarily, without paying duties or taxes. It can be used in over 60 countries, and must be stamped on entering and leaving each country.

Since February 2020, the GEFI system (electronic management of international formalities) has been available, only for the issuing of ATA carnets. Users of this system will have to make an appointment with our International Formalities department in order to use this new tool. Individual support will thus be provided to all Monegasque companies working abroad.
Please note: international formalities procedures other than ATA (certificates of origin and other certifications) are not concerned by this migration. They will soon be integrated into the GEFI system.
