Cooperation agreement signed between MEB and Association Monaco Brazil Invest

17/03/2016

Wednesday 16 March at 5.30pm, the MEB signed a business cooperation agreement with the AMBI (Association Monaco Brazil Invest) at the Yacht Club de Monaco. The signing took place at the official launch of this new organisation to promote bilateral business, economic and financial exchanges between the two countries.

Signed by MEB Chairman Michel Dotta and Marcos Pileggi, AMBI President, it follows those signed on 2 March with Italian associations, AIIM (for Italian entrepreneurs in the Principality) and Sportello Italia.

The agreements are the cornerstone in the MEB’s approach, at the instigation of the Monaco Government, to foster exchanges with countries represented here by non-profit organisations and to coordinate activities between the latter and the MEB.

The signing comes at an opportune moment as the MEB has launched a series of events focused on Latin America, starting with an Ambassador’s Lunch dedicated to Cuba in March which will be followed by a Trade Mission to Sao Paulo, 2 to 7 April, accompanying HSH the Sovereign Prince’s trip to Brazil.
