International Procedures : Fees For 2016

As part of the services offered to companies by Monaco Economic Board, its International Procedures department can help you with all your standard export procedures:

  • Certification of certificates of origin
  • Visas for commercial invoices
  • Signature witness certificates for administrative and commercial documents: invoices, content check lists, certificates of free sale, supplier declarations, transport documents, etc.

The MEB can also assist you in managing your temporary exports

Issued and registered by the MEB International Procedures department, the ATA Carnet (Admission Temporaire-Temporary Admission) is an international customs document allowing goods to be temporarily exported abroad, without having to pay duties or taxes. It can be used in over 70 countries and must be stamped when the goods enter and leave each country.

The ATA Carnet is particularly useful for:

  • Prospecting for new export markets with product samples;
  • Exhibiting goods at exhibitions and trade fairs;
  • Temporarily exporting material for installing, maintaining or repairing equipment abroad.

The fees for 2016 can be downloaded HERE and there’s good news: they are the same as in 2015!

Open to the public: Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5pm.
